By registering for Operation Sindoor Marathon you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

Registration & eligibility

Registration is personal and non-transferable. You confirm the details you provide are accurate. Minors must participate under a parent/guardian who is responsible for them. Concession rates (student, corporate, influencer, referral) are subject to verification; if verification fails, the standard rate applies or the registration may be cancelled.

Fitness & assumption of risk

Running is a strenuous activity. You confirm you are medically fit to participate and take part at your own risk. The organizer, Cubbon Park authorities, sponsors and volunteers are not liable for injury, loss or damage except where required by law. A medical self-declaration and waiver are part of registration.

Event changes

Date, route, timing, gate and format may change due to weather, permissions, safety or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate changes on WhatsApp/email. The event is subject to statutory permissions.

Use of images

Photographs and video taken at the event may be used for promotion of the event and the cause.

Conduct

Follow marshals and safety instructions. The organizer may remove any participant behaving unsafely or improperly without refund.
