Refund & Cancellation Policy

Operation Sindoor Marathon is a charity event and a significant part of every registration funds the cause and non-recoverable event costs (kit, medical, logistics). Please register only when you are sure.

Registration fees

Registration fees are generally non-refundable, as kits and arrangements are committed in advance. If the event is cancelled outright by the organizer (not merely postponed), we will refund the entry fee minus payment-gateway charges, or offer a transfer to the next edition.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same registration, or money was debited but no confirmation was received, contact us with your payment reference. Verified duplicate/failed-but-charged transactions are refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.

Donations

Voluntary donations are non-refundable.

How to request

Email or WhatsApp us with your name, registered phone and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
