We collect only what we need to run the event and respect your data.
Name, phone, email, t-shirt size, age/gender, emergency contact, and any verification reference you provide (student/corporate/influencer). Payment is processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card/UPI credentials.
To confirm your registration, issue your bib and e-ticket, run kit collection and timing, send event updates, verify concession eligibility, and for medical response if needed. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad trackers without your consent.
Data is stored on the organizer's own server and kept only as long as needed for the event and statutory/accounting requirements, then deleted.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time using the contact details below.
Any ID document you upload for verification is used solely to confirm eligibility and is deleted after the event.
